Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Metro cities may receive orders sooner. Remote pin codes may take a day or two longer.
Shipping Charges
Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹499 (calculated after discounts and taxes). A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499.
Shipping Address
Please provide your complete address — house number, street, locality, landmark, city, state, and pin code. Each order can only be shipped to a single address. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and pay in cash. We request exact change to help our delivery partners.
Damaged Parcels
All orders leave our warehouse securely packed and sealed. If you receive a visibly damaged parcel, please do not accept it. Contact us immediately — we'll make it right.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International orders are not available at this time.
