1. About Us

Lavika Style is an online jewellery and accessories brand operating under Bhagvati Enterprise, based in Deesa, Gujarat, India. Our website offers products for personal purchase within India.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • You are purchasing products for personal use and not for resale without prior written consent from us

3. Products & Pricing

  • All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice
  • Product images are for representation purposes only. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to photography lighting and screen settings
  • In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

4. Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order on Lavika Style constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion
  • We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Mobile Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available
  • COD orders are subject to availability based on your pin code and order value
  • We do not accept payments via cheque or demand draft
  • All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your payment details

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within India only
  • Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location
  • Free shipping applies to orders above ₹499. A flat fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499
  • Lavika Style is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact
  • COD orders are refunded as store credits only. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment source within 4–6 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are packed and dispatched from our warehouse
  • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. You may instead initiate a return after delivery
  • To cancel an order, contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Lavika Style name, logo, product images, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of Bhagvati Enterprise. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lavika Style shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products
  • Delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party logistics partners
  • Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it to understand how we collect and use your information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
