Refund policy
We want you to love every Lavika purchase. If something isn't right, we've made the return process as simple as possible.
How to Initiate a Return
Raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order. To do so, WhatsApp us at +91 99048 53958 or email help@lavikastyle.in with:
- Your order number
- Images of the product and packaging label
- Reason for the return
Once we review your request, we'll guide you through the next steps.
COD / Pay on Delivery Orders
- Refunds are issued as store credits only.
- Credits will be added to your Lavika account once we receive and verify the returned item.
- Store credits cannot be transferred to a bank account or any other payment method.
Prepaid Orders (Card / UPI / Net Banking / Wallets)
- Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 4–6 business days of receiving the return.
- Card payments are refunded to the same card used at checkout.
- UPI payments are refunded to the same UPI ID used at checkout.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your return is received and the refund is initiated.
- Please do not share any OTP with the pickup partner until the order has been physically handed over to them.
Important Notes
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after this window will not be accepted.
- Original tags and labels must be intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Discounts applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size, colour, or style — simply return your item and place a fresh order. We'll share a coupon code to make it easy for you.
