Refund and Return Policy

At Lavika Style, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: Orders can only be cancelled before the item has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at [Your Support Email Address].

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

 

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We are committed to delivering quality products to our customers. Our return process is focused exclusively on replacements.

Eligibility for Return/Replacement

We only accept returns (for replacement) under the following conditions:

  • If the product received is defective or damaged.

  • If the wrong product was delivered (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item).

Return Timeframe

  • A return (replacement) request for any of the above issues must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product. Any requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Replacement Process

  1. Initiate Request: Within 24 hours of delivery, email us at support@lavikastyle.inor Whatsapp us +91 9904853958 with your Order ID, clear photos, and an unboxing video of the issue (damaged/wrong product).

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request. Requests without video/photo proof may not be accepted.

  3. Processing: If your request is approved, the replacement process will be initiated within 2-3 business days.

  4. Delivery: Once the new item is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.

 

3. Refund Policy

 

Strict No-Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all products. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (change of mind) or other personal reasons. Our policy is to provide a replacement only, as per the conditions listed above.

Exceptions for Refund

A refund may only be issued in the following rare cases:

  1. Product Not Received: If your product is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping company.

  2. Replacement Unavailable: If your product was damaged/incorrect, but the same item is no longer in stock for a replacement.

Refund Process (When Applicable)

If a refund is approved by our team under the exceptions above, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

  • All delivery timelines (4-7 business days) are estimates.

  • Lavika Style is not responsible for delays caused by the transport company, adverse weather conditions, national holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
